Handling

The Tolino Epos 2 features an ergonomically optimized design with leaf buttons, a textured back, and a soft-touch interface, ensuring it fits comfortably in your hand. You can choose your preferred method for page turning: use the responsive touchscreen or the large leaf buttons located on the edge of the device. Additionally, the automatic display adjustment offers flexibility, allowing you to seamlessly switch between portrait and landscape modes as needed.

Optimal reading light

The unique smartLight feature on the Tolino Epos 2 ensures optimal reading illumination at all times. The integrated reading light automatically adjusts its color temperature, transitioning from cool white light in the morning to warm white light in the evening, mimicking natural daylight. For added convenience, you can also manually adjust the light settings to your preference.

Multilingual menu

Currently, the menu does not include Russian, Chinese, or Arabic, but the device fully supports displaying and reading text in all languages. You can also install any font you prefer. Although these languages are not available in the menu, they do not affect your ability to read text in those languages.

Please pay attention to the real shooting below. There are scratches on the button panel position, but what you see under actual lighting is not obvious. This is real, so you don’t have to worry about the appearance of the product.

In this demonstration, I use specific angles and lighting to highlight real scratches. However, when you receive the actual product, the effect will be as shown above—barely noticeable. Note that the sample used is the KOBO Forma; while it’s a different product, the appearance is similar.
