You can refer to our real pictures. The data cable and screen mask are given away for shipment. We ship with ordinary cardboard packaging or foam box. Before shipment, we log in the device with our own account for testing.

2、If the KOBO you have cannot access the network, please log out of our test account first.

3、KOBO has network restrictions in many regions, and some regions may encounter issues such as inability to connect to WIFI or use the mall. However, this is not a problem with the machine itself, but rather a limitation of the KOBO server.
